Booking (Cal.com)

When you book a carpet pickup service, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Pickup address (street address, postcode, city)
• Number and size of carpets (to perform the service)
• Preferred pickup date and time
• Any special instructions (e.g. material type, stains)

This data is used solely to carry out the service: arranging pickup times, transport and cleaning.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Message

The data is used only to respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); communication initiated by the customer.

Website analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager). It collects anonymised information about website use: page views, session duration, device type and referring page. IP addresses are anonymised and not stored individually.

Chatbot (Aino / Newo.ai)

Our website features an AI chatbot (Aino, by Newo.ai). Messages you type are processed by Newo.ai under their own privacy policy. We do not link chatbot conversations to your other personal data unless you voluntarily provide your contact details in the chat.

Google LLC (USA): Google Analytics. Data is anonymised before storage. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Meta Platforms Inc. (USA): Facebook Pixel. Used for ad measurement with your consent. Meta participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Newo.ai: Chatbot service provider. Processes chat messages under their own terms.

Vercel Inc. (USA): Website hosting. Vercel does not process your personal data beyond handling incoming server requests.

All third-party service providers are required to process your data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable law.
