Wool rugs
Wool rug cleaning. A gentle method for wool
Wool is a natural material that needs the right cleaning: cold water, a wool-safe detergent and slow drying. We collect the rug at your door and bring it back clean.
Washing wool at home is a risk
Water that is too hot, the wrong detergent or hanging the rug up wet can shrink the wool, fade the colours and leave the rug stiff. A large wool rug won't fit in a washing machine and won't dry properly in a flat.
- Hot water and hard scrubbing shrink wool
- Detergent residue attracts dirt
- A wet wool rug is heavy and dries slowly
How we clean your wool rug

Problem areas and stains are treated with specialist solutions before the main wash. We test every carpet for color bleeding before washing.
Deep clean
Professional cleaning removes dirt, allergens and bacteria deep in the fibres.
