How we wash your carpet
A professional process — careful, step by step.
Assessment
We measure and assess each carpet's material, colour fastness, and any existing damage before washing. This ensures we choose the right method for every carpet. We photograph every carpet during the inspection before washing.
Pre-treatment
Carpets are pre-treated with a tapping machine that loosens deeply embedded dirt and dust. Ground-in dirt is treated separately before the main wash. We test every carpet for color bleeding before washing — especially important for hand-knotted and natural-material carpets.
Deep clean
Depending on the material, each carpet goes through machine wash, flat wash, or dry clean — with the right shampoo, water temperature, and water volume for that material.
Spin dry and drying
Water is pressed out in the spinner. The carpet then dries in a temperature-controlled, dehumidified drying room. Once dry, it is vacuumed.
Quality check
Every carpet is inspected before packing. The result is checked visually — and retreated if needed. Only once approved is the carpet rolled and packed for return. After the quality check, the carpet may go through a second round of washing to achieve an even better result.
